Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding

* Monitor attendance, leave records & shift schedules

* Maintain HR policies, employee documentation & compliance records

* Coordinate payroll & employee engagement activities

* Support performance review and training processes

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or Business Administration

* Minimum 1 year of HR experience

* Strong communication & organizational skills
