Human Resource Manager

Job Description:

Imperial Limited is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to lead and manage the complete Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive HR experience, strong leadership skills, and hands-on expertise in HR operations, policy implementation, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and procedures
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
  • Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and HR compliance
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, EOBI, social security, and statutory requirements
  • Support performance management, training, and succession planning
  • Advise management on HR strategy and organizational development
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR reporting

Required Qualifications:

  • MBA / Master’s in Human Resource Management OR Recognized HR Certification ( CHRM, SHRM,or equivalent)
  • Minimum 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
