Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies & procedures
Oversee recruitment, onboarding & performance evaluations
Coordinate training programs for teachers & staff
Ensure employee discipline, time tracking, and attendance
Manage conflict resolution and employee relations
Maintain HR records, reports, and compliance
Work closely with the CEO & department heads
Requirements:
1. Minimum 16 years of education with a specialization in HRM
2. At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in education and healthcare institutions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
