RECRUITER JOB DESCRIPTION

A Recruiter is a professional responsible for finding potential employees for the company they are employed by. Recruiters source and reach out to talent and ensure they're a good fit for the company. In addition, they can help potential employees negotiate and even follow up after being hired to ensure things are going well.

RECRUITER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

v Designing And Implementing The Overall Recruiting Strategy

v Sourcing And Attracting Candidates By Using Databases, Social Media Etc

v Conducting Interviews And Filtering Candidates For Open Positions

RESPONSIBILITIES

v Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

v Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

v Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

v Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc

v Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc

v Screen candidates resumes and job applications

v Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

v Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)

v Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)

v Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)

v Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

v Strong decision-making skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
