Human Resource Recruiter

Job Summary

Crown Veterinary Services is looking for an energetic and people-focused HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our veterinary clinics, hospitals, and corporate roles. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hiring, comfortable with volume recruitment, and able to work closely with operations and management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles (Veterinarians, Nurses, Front Desk, Pharmacy, Operations, Support Staff, etc.)
• Understand manpower requirements from department heads and plan hiring accordingly
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and local hiring channels
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage offer rollouts, negotiation, and joining formalities
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
• Support onboarding and basic HR documentation
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, MBA-HR, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment (healthcare/veterinary hiring is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle bulk hiring and fast-paced recruitment
• Familiar with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and social media hiring
• Good organizational and follow-up skills

• Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
