Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized
HR Specialist
to support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in human resources and will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

Assist in the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives.

Assist with payroll documentation, attendance, and leave tracking.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement, training coordination, and performance reviews.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 0-1 year of experience in an HR-related role.

Good knowledge of HR functions and best practices.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
