Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, managing HR databases, and handling correspondence related to HR matters. 2
  • Recruitment Assistance: Help facilitate the hiring process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees. 2
  • Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing employee inquiries and concerns, and ensuring effective communication within the organization. 2
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Support payroll processing and assist employees with benefits-related questions. 2
  • Training and Development: Assist in organizing training sessions and maintaining training records for employees. 2

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail. 2
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management. 2
  • HR Software Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software and tools for managing employee data and recruitment processes. 2
  • Educational Background: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred. 2
  • Experience: Previous experience in an HR role or administrative position is advantageous but not always required. 2
