The Specific Role Where You Can Make a Difference?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support our growing workforce in Wyoming. This role provides day-to-day Human Resources and administrative support while helping ensure smooth, compliant, and employee-focused operations.

This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting others, and takes pride in organization, accuracy, and service.

Some specific duties include, but are not limited to:

Human Resources Support

  • Assist with payroll preparation, including timesheet review and coordination with the payroll provider
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities from offer acceptance through orientation and documentation completion
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data while ensuring confidentiality
  • Assist with background checks, drug screenings, and pre-employment requirements
  • Assist with benefits administration by distributing information and supporting employee inquiries
  • Support HR reporting, audits, and compliance documentation

Office & Administrative Support

  • Support daily office operations to ensure a clean, organized, and professional workplace
  • Coordinate office supplies and vendor services
  • Greet visitors and assist with office communications
  • Schedule meetings, training sessions, and conference rooms
  • Assist with document preparation, internal communications, and employee postings

Qualifications / Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, HR support, payroll support, or office support role
  • Working knowledge of payroll processes and HR administrative functions
  • Demonstrated ability to:
  • Gather, review, and accurately process employee data
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality work
  • Communicate effectively with employees at all levels, both verbally and in writing
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
  • Experience in industrial, energy, or field-based environments is a plus
  • Interest in continued growth within the HR profession
