<Duties>
- Assist with human capital management initiatives, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee orientation programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Support employee evaluation processes by gathering data, preparing documentation, and coordinating performance reviews.
- Manage benefits administration tasks such as enrollment, changes, and inquiries to provide employees with accurate information and support.
- Contribute to HR sourcing efforts by utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS or Taleo to identify top talent efficiently.
- Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data accuracy, including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM platforms.
- Aid in workforce management activities by assisting with scheduling, timekeeping (Kronos, UltiPro), and leave administration including FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) compliance.
- Support change management initiatives and assist in organizational design projects to promote a flexible and adaptive work environment.
- Handle data collection and entry related to employee records, workers’ compensation claims, and OSHA compliance documentation.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management on HR policies, conflict resolution, and employee relations matters.
- Assist with training & development programs to foster continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
<Experience>
- Proven administrative experience in human resources or related fields with familiarity in HR management practices.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP Paychex, UltiPro, or Ceridian is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations including FMLA, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning is essential.
- Demonstrated ability in project management and strategic planning within HR initiatives.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact across all levels of the organization.
- Experience supporting talent acquisition efforts using ATS platforms like iCIMS or Taleo.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
- Familiarity with benefits administration tools such as Paychex or Dayforce will be advantageous.
- Organizational skills for managing multiple priorities including data collection, reporting, and employee engagement activities.
