Overview

The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational tasks. This role assists in recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and supporting employee relations activities. The HR Assistant ensures accurate documentation, confidentiality, and smooth coordination between employees and management, contributing to an organized and efficient HR function.


Main Core Responsibilities

1. Recruit, onboard and offboard local and expatriate employees, ensure compliance with Nitaqat (Saudization) quota requirements.

2. Process employee work visas, Iqama, GOSI, medical insurance applications, renewals and amendments.

3. Manage employee contracts, attendance, leave and payroll calculations in accordance with Saudi Labor Law.

4. Handle employee relations, daily inquiries and disputes, maintain a positive working environment.

5. Manage personnel files, prepare HR reports, and coordinate with government authorities for compliance inspections and submissions.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
  • Very good skills in Microsoft office, especially Excel.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
