Here is the details of our position:

What skills do you have?

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities.
• 1 year of HR experience (consultancy experience is an asset),
• Basic knowledge of human resources processes
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail,
• Good planning and organizational skills,
• Proactive mindset and strong time management skills,
• Eagerness to learn and develop within HR processes.

What will you do?

• Supporting the Human Resources team in various HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, HR analytics, and personnel administration.
• Assisting in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and data analysis,
• Supporting the maintenance of HR documentation and employee records in line with company policies and legal requirements,
• Contributing to the coordination and execution of HR projects and internal processes,
• Providing operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of HR activities.
