Seasoned HR Business Partner to join DAMAC Group. This role is pivotal in driving employee engagement, rewards, and recognition programs, while closely partnering with the Learning & Development team to foster a culture of continuous growth and high performance.
10–17 years of professional experience, preferably within the Real Estate, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications sectors, promoter-led organizations, or other fast-paced environments.
Key responsibilities include managing engagement calendars, overseeing rewards and recognition initiatives such as long service awards, and facilitating interactive sessions and forums to boost morale and retention.
Hands-on approach with exposure to HR technology platforms and tools to streamline processes.
The candidate will work closely with project teams and will occasionally visit project sites to maintain strong relationships and understand on-ground dynamics.
