What awaits you in this role?

• Be a strategic partner for development, retention and career management of talent across both office and field employee populations.

• Guide and lead the performance management process in alignment with company-wide objectives.

• Provide coaching and career support for employees, contributing positively to the overall employee experience.

• Consult on succession planning and talent reviews for career development.

• Develop effective organizational structures and people plans with business functions.

• Act as the first point of contact for resolving daily employee-related issues and supporting change initiatives.

• Take ownership of HR processes specific to field employees, including:


-Field Recruitment and Rotation: Manage all recruitment processes for field employees, including internal rotations, recruitment under EYT, and employment of individuals with disabilities.

-Career and Transition Planning: Plan and support transitions from field to office, as well as T1–T2 level promotions and career development paths.


• Compensation and Assignment Processes: Monitor and manage BUP-related assignments, duty compensations, and approval workflows.


What are we looking for in this position?


• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Sociology etc.

• 2 year experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist, preferably in a corporate/industrial environment,

• Advanced level of English,

• Good level of SAP HR module knowledge is a plus,

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build relationships and drive alignment,

• Results-driven, with strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset,

• Ability to work in an agile and lean structure,

• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities,

• Passion for improving employee experience and developing people strategies.
