Job Description:


Job Role- Executive HRBP

Experience- 1-3 Years

Location - Gurugram


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as a trusted HR business partner to the contact center leadership and employees.
  • Own the end-to-end HRBP process for the call center, including workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, engagement initiatives, and retention strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Drive initiatives around employee experience, motivation, and team building.
  • Resolve employee grievances, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Partner with business leaders to support organizational changes, workforce challenges, and talent development initiatives.
  • Provide reports and analytics to leadership to support data-driven decision-making .



What We Are Looking For:


  • Experience: 3 years of experience in HR business partnering, specifically handling call center employees and the full HRBP lifecycle
  • Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Confident, solution-oriented, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to mentor teams
  • Ability to handle employee relations sensitively and effectively.


Additional Information:


Working days: 6 days per week, rotational including Sundays.
