  • Serve as the primary HR advisor to business leaders and managers.

  • Align HR strategies with business goals to support growth and operational excellence.

  • Participate in workforce planning, organizational design, and talent forecasting.

  • Provide insights using HR analytics and KPIs to guide decision-making.

  • Support the development and implementation of performance management processes.

  • Identify skills gaps and coordinate learning & development interventions.

  • Lead high-potential talent programs and succession planning initiatives.

  • Ensure employees have clear career paths and development plans.

  • Guide teams through change using training, communication, and coaching.

  • Drive culture initiatives aligned with company values.


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

  • 1–3 years of HR generalist role, Talent Management or Learning and Development

  • Excellent command of English
