Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

🔹 Drive employee engagement, development, and retention initiatives.

🔹 Act as a trusted advisor on people matters and workforce planning.

🔹 Handle employee relations with empathy and integrity.

🔹 Support change management and organizational transformation initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (or equivalent Full Time).

✅ 3 to 5 years of experience in an HRBP role.

✅ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

✅ Passion for creating a positive, high-performing work culture.
