How you will do it

Partnering with managers to strengthen talent management, succession planning, and leadership development

Supporting employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture

Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and HR policies

Managing HR records, Workday queries, and reporting processes

Facilitating training programs and career development opportunities

What we look for
Required
-
Minimum 8 years of experience in HR Generalist or HRBP roles, with proven expertise in business partnering, workforce planning, performance management, pay review, talent management and development, and employee relations & engagement within a manufacturing organization

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong knowledge of labor legislation

Ability to generate statistical analyses and HR reports

Proficiency in MS Office

Fluency in English
