About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) for our US Based client to exclusively manage all HR functions for one of their business sections. Handle end-to-end HR operations, fostering employee engagement, ensuring compliance, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary HR liaison overseeing all daily HR operations.

Administer employee benefits, payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking using HRIS tools.

Handle employee relations inquiries, grievances, and basic disciplinary processes while maintaining confidentiality.

Manage end to end recruitment and staffing, from job postings and interviews to offer management.

Promote employee engagement through events, recognition, and policy communications.

Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, including offer placement, background checks, orientation sessions, first-day setup, and probation management.

Oversee seamless offboarding processes, conducting exit interviews, final settlements and full clearance procedures.

Facilitate performance appraisals, goal setting, and career development discussions.

Support change management during restructures, mergers, or growth phases, facilitating smooth transitions.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelors in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent (CHRP, SHRM-CP certification highly preferred).

5+ years in HR operations within managed services, BPO, or outsourcing.

Hands-on expertise in HRIS tools (FlowHCM, Zoho HRMS) for operations like payroll, attendance, and compliance reporting.

Excellent communication for stakeholder management.

Ability to manage night-shift operations with tight deadlines and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
