Human Resources Coordinator

Job Title: Human Resources – Talent & Process Lead

Role Objective:
Build a strong company identity through structured HR practices by attracting high-quality talent, defining clear role frameworks, and establishing efficient people processes and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define organizational structure, role clarity, and position mapping aligned with business goals.
  • Execute strategic talent acquisition – proactive sourcing, screening, and closing of strong, culturally aligned candidates.
  • Create and implement HR processes, SOPs, and workplace policies to improve accountability and performance.
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding and boarding experience ensuring smooth integration of new hires.
  • Develop employer branding to strengthen company identity and attract competitive talent.
  • Monitor workforce productivity, resolve gaps, and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Establish performance management systems, KRAs, and reporting structures.
  • Ensure compliance with professional HR standards and maintain disciplined documentation.

Pay: From ₹12,240.50 per month
