Human Resources Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: End-to-end recruitment of real estate agents, handling high-volume hiring through portals, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Managing employee records, contracts, probation, and ensuring adherence to UAE Labor Law and RERA regulations.
  • PRO & Visa Coordination: Managing visa processing, employment cards, and medical insurance.
  • Performance Management: Implementing KPI tracking, commission structures, and performance-based bonuses.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding: Managing onboarding, training, and offboarding/final settlements.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-5+ years in HR, specifically within a Dubai real estate brokerage or developer.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and real estate commission-based models.
  • Skills: Proactive, organized, ability to handle high-pressure environments, and proficient in MS Office/HR systems.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.
