Position Overview:

The HR Coordinator will play a vital role in managing recruitment across multiple state communities, overseeing essential HR functions including FMLA, Leaves, and Workers’ Compensation. The ideal candidate will also handle monthly billing tasks and assist with various other HR duties as assigned.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage recruitment efforts across multi-state communities
  • Administer HR functions such as FMLA, Leaves of Absence, and Workers’ Compensation
  • Perform monthly billing related to HR functions and other financial responsibilities
  • Assist with employee onboarding, recordkeeping, and HR compliance
  • Support management with HR policies and procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support HR operations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR coordination or related role
  • Knowledge of FMLA, Leaves, and Workers’ Compensation processes
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite
  • Proficiency in Excel is preferred; candidates without this skill will still be considered
