Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the HR department. This role involves assisting in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records. The position offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in HR functions while contributing to a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support onboarding activities including document collection and orientation sessions.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
  • Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and team-building events.
  • Handle basic employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate HR staff.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and maintain compliance with policies and labor regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Eligible as per Tamheer program regulations
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
  • Based full-time in Riyadh.
