POSITION DETAILS
Baruch College, a senior college within the City University of New York (CUNY), invites applications for a Director of Human Resources (Operations & Employee Relations). This position reports to the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and provides operational and strategic leadership across critical areas of Baruch’s HR portfolio:
The HR Director ensures the delivery of consistent, timely, and mission-aligned HR services that support Baruch’s Strategic Plan, which emphasizes inclusive excellence, operational effectiveness, and employee engagement. This role is pivotal in maintaining a positive and productive work environment, managing complex personnel matters, and implementing responsive solutions that build trust, professionalism, and equity across the institution. Baruch College is nationally recognized for its academic quality, value, and social mobility. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree and eight years’ related experience required.
This position is open to CUNY employees only.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
$131,440- $141,643; Salary commensurate with education and experience.
