Human Resources Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Source at least 80–100 candidate profiles per month through job portals, referrals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Shortlist and screen 25–30 candidates per week to ensure a strong interview pipeline.
  • Conduct 10–15 interviews weekly (telephonic/virtual/face-to-face) to meet client requirements.
  • Ensure a minimum of 5–8 selections per month, depending on client mandates.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand job specifications and deliver suitable talent within agreed timelines.
  • Manage job postings, recruitment campaigns, and continuous follow-up with candidates.
  • Participate in business development activities, ensuring at least 2–3 new client interactions per week.
  • Promote the company’s recruitment services to potential clients, achieving monthly sales/revenue targets alongside recruitment goals.

Pay: ₹10,483.97 - ₹15,000.00 per month
