Talent Acquisition Specialist

Bandung, Indonesia

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and other innovative channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
  • Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interview schedules with stakeholders.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and compliance with company policies.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,071.01 - ₹12,722.31 per month
