- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and other innovative channels.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interview schedules with stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and compliance with company policies.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
