Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, building strong client relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of quality talent. This is a remote role, offering flexibility and autonomy for driven professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements, workforce planning, and role specifications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and updates.
  • Use various sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct headhunting.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers/ATS regularly.
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring recommendations to clients.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment consulting, or staffing.
  • Strong client handling and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent sourcing techniques using LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup, with strong time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience with RPO, agency recruitment, or client-facing HR consulting.
  • Knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and roles simultaneously.
