The Role of CTAS appointed HR executive is to ensure recruitments, sourcing candidates that are required for different departments in CTAS and to maintain proper records of all candidates in the system created by CTAS for HR. Keeping all referrals for future benefits during recruitments. Taking care and addressing concerns of all current employees, vendors / extended arms of CTAS. Induction and on boarding of selected candidates at the time of there joining CTAS as per set CTAS policies. Maintaining a proper record of all attendances, leaves etc of all on board employees. Also keeping himself / herself updated with the current HR polices and trends in and around and implementing the same in CTAS.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,404.59 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
