Position Details

Job Title: HR Executive (Real Estate)
Location: Dubai

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM – 06:00 PM
• Saturday: Half-day

Experience Required: Minimum of 10+ years in a relevant HR role

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong expertise in organizational structuring and establishing HR hierarchy frameworks.
• Ability to design, develop, and implement a complete HR system from the ground up.
• Solid IT knowledge or background is highly advantageous, as the role involves active participation in HR system development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
