HR Executive

· Advertise staff vacancies, assess applications, interview applicants, administer selection tests, prepare reports and make recommendations to department heads about staff appointments

· Coordinate with local/international recruitment agents for new labour/applicants supply as per requirements

· Coordinate between PR and employees the required documentation for Visa and Emirates ID application, renewal or cancellation

· Ensure complete induction program for new joiners: starting with the on-boarding procedure, training plan and regular assessment during probation period and all other legal and internal formalities and procedures

· Maintain employee personnel files, ensuring that any employee specific documentation is filed for a full employment history to be maintained for future reference and legal compliance

· Prepare official letters for approval such as Offer Letter, NOC, Service Certificate, Warning Letters and others based on the requirements

· Attend to employee inquires and provide solutions as per internal and external rules and regulations / policies were enabled or recommend solutions to HR Manager when support/approval is needed

· Prepare staff evaluation forms for performance evaluation, support Department Heads in the evaluation process with advice on the process and employee related information

· Maintaining regular reports for the purpose of analysing trends such as Annual Leave Balance, Sick Leave, Late coming, Recruitment costs etc.

· Maintain Vacation Tickets details, check applications regarding eligibility and arrange Vacation Tickets based on company policy.

· Provide administration support to HR Manager whenever necessary to enable the smooth running of the HR department

· Maintain and update office asset list (Furniture, Laptop, PC, Phone, SIM cards and others)

· Monitor office supply levels, reorder when appropriate

· Support / organize welfare activities when advised

· Attendance management / cross check attendance data time to time

Enter timely and accurate all relevant data in the payroll system
