Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $68,000 – $75,000 based on experience

Job duties:

• Recruit and hire top talent to keep the team strong
• Welcome new hires with smooth onboarding and orientation
• Support benefits administration and open enrollment
• Keep employee records accurate and up to date
• Be a go-to person for questions about policies, benefits, and procedures
• Help keep everything compliant with HR policies and legal requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in HR, Business, or related field
• 1–4 years of HR experience
• Someone who communicates well, is approachable, and loves helping people
• A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
