, is seeking a proactive and adaptable
HR Generalist
to manage day-to-day HR operations and support financial processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can bridge HR management with financial insight to help shape the company’s growth and culture.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations

Manage the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with
UAE Labor Law
and company objectives.

Drive employee engagement and learning initiatives to build a strong, high-performing culture.

Support organizational development and ensure smooth HR operations in a startup setting.
Payroll & Finance Integration

Oversee accurate and timely
payroll administration
, benefits management, and employee compensation.

Partner with finance on HR budgeting, cost analysis, and headcount planning.

Track HR financial metrics to recommend cost-efficient and compliant strategies.
Performance & Culture
-
Lead
performance management
processes, ensuring goals, KPIs, and appraisals are effectively managed.

Promote a collaborative and transparent team culture that aligns with startup values.

Support leadership in scaling initiatives and organizational change as the company grows.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

3 -5 years of HR generalist experience
within the UAE; exposure to
startups or financial services is a strong plus.

Arabic speaker
is preffered.

In-depth knowledge of
UAE Labor Law
, HR best practices, and payroll systems.

Proficiency in HRIS (Workday, SAP, or similar) and financial tools (Excel, QuickBooks).

Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, CFA, or CPA.
