Key Responsibilities
Full Life Cycle Recruitment (Primary Focus)

Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across multiple U.S. and Canadian locations.

Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding processes.

Partner closely with hiring managers to forecast workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies aligned with business growth.

Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to support rapid operational expansion.

Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
HR Operations & Compliance

Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs across multiple jurisdictions.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and provincial labor laws.

Maintain proper documentation and support audits and reporting requirements.
Employee Relations & Performance Management

Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.

Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and support conflict resolution efforts.

Assist with performance review processes and development planning.
HR Systems & Administration

Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data integrity.

Support payroll coordination and reporting as needed.

Track and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.
Benefits & Engagement

Oversee benefits administration, including enrollments and employee inquiries.

Support training initiatives and engagement programs that strengthen workplace culture and retention.
Qualifications

Demonstrated experience managing full life cycle recruitment in a high-growth or multi-site environment.

Strong understanding of U.S. employment law; Canadian labor law exposure is highly desirable.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred.
