Role Overview

The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the People & Culture Team by creating an engaging, people-first workplace where employees feel supported, valued, and set up for success. From bringing policies to life to championing employee experience, this role helps turn great ideas into meaningful practices.

This role plays a key part in building a positive and inclusive culture, supporting managers and teams through every stage of the employee journey, and making sure our people’s strategy fuels the organization’s goals and day-to-day success.

The HR Generalist’s primary responsibilities will focus on the following requirements:

· Supporting the full employment cycle — from recruiting and onboarding to development, engagement, and offboarding.

· Being a trusted HR partner to plant leaders and frontline teams across all shifts.

· Keeping staffing, compliance, and employee support running smoothly in a fast-paced food production environment.

· Championing a safe, positive workplace that supports food safety, teamwork, and getting great products out the door.

In addition to the HR Generalist functions, HR Generalist will be expected to have the following, but not limited to the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the full employment cycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding.

· Track timecards, attendance points, and support payroll accuracy.

· Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and organized filing.

· Support performance reviews, employee relations, investigations, and Workers’ Compensation.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and food safety standards.

· Familiarity of Work-Related Injury

· Up to date with Employment Laws & Regulations

· Assist with Employee Engagement projects and events

· Assist with reviewing and generating reports to keep HR process data running accurately and efficiently

· Turn HR Data into actionable insights that help bridge employees and leaders thrive

· Provide support to employees and leadership across shifts

Experience & Qualifications

· Must LOVE noodles!

· Experience with HRIS System (Paycom)

· Experience utilizing a Performance Management System

· Experience in LMS Systems

· Must have 2+ years of experience in HR Generalist role/duties

· English/Spanish written & verbal (huge +)

Pay: $56,519.68 - $68,066.71 per year
