As an HR Generalist, you will contribute to the team by collecting and processing all required onboarding paperwork for new employees.

Summary:

This position will be responsible for onboarding new hires with necessary new hire paperwork, verifying IDs, collecting new hire information and responsible for setting up start dates.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing employee files and maintaining compliance with HR policies
  • Coordinating benefits administration and employee benefits enrollment
  • Conducting internal audits and helping enforce legal compliance with employment laws
  • Utilizing HRIS systems and human resources information systems to manage employee data
  • Update and track employee property forms
  • Prepare and process HR documents
  • Track and manage employee attendance and leave requests
  • Prepare regular HR reports and metrics for management
  • Collaborate with other departments on HR-related needs
  • Participate in HR team meetings and contribute to HR projects
  • Perform other HR related task as directed or required by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
  • Detail oriented individual
  • Comfortable utilizing electronic operating systems, communication methods, and presentation tools
  • (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).
  • Able to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner
  • Must have knowledge of office administrative procedures, and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment
  • Ability to create spreadsheets, graphs, charts, proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, internet and email, proficient in SPECTRUM
  • Provide exceptional customer service to managers, multi-task and work in a fast-paced

Physical Requirements: (OFFICE)

  • Must be able to sit and stand for an extended period of time
  • Possess good vision (normal or corrected)
  • Ability to continuously bend, stoop, squat, climb, kneel, push, pull, and reach over head
