What You’ll Do
-
Serve as a go-to support resource for employee questions, concerns, and guidance

Assist in handling employee relations matters—ensuring fair, consistent, and timely follow-up

Support Talent Acquisition efforts, including recruiting coordination, hiring, and onboarding

Help facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding experiences

Partner with the Benefits Manager to support benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee questions

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices

Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies, procedures, and documentation

Support audits, reporting, and compliance filings (EEO, AAP, etc.)

Assist with performance management processes, employee development, and corrective actions

Provide back-up support for payroll and timekeeping processes

Maintain accurate HR records and reporting (turnover, attendance, headcount)

Partner with safety and production teams to support OSHA compliance and workplace safety initiatives

Support processes related to workers’ compensation, FMLA, and unemployment
What You Bring

2–5 years of HR experience (manufacturing environment preferred)

Solid understanding of HR practices, compliance, and employee relations

Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality

Strong judgment—you can support decisions and follow through effectively

Organized and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization

Experience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now a plus)

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred

HR certification is a plus

This role is active and collaborative. You’ll work across offices and shop floors, partnering with teams in real time to support employees and operations.
