The HR Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations across the Americas region, partnering with employees, managers, and global HR teams. This role manages core HR processes, ensures compliance with policies and regulations, and contributes to initiatives that improve employee experience. It’s a strong fit for someone with a foundation in HR who’s ready to take on broader responsibilities in a fast-paced, global environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on policies, employee relations, and HR procedures.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and compliance with internal requirements.
Administer benefits programs, including open enrollment and employee support, in partnership with external vendors.
Support leave of absence programs and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
Partner with managers on performance management processes, including documentation and coaching support.
Collaborate with global HR peers to align policies, data integrity, and employee experience initiatives.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, supporting reporting, and organizational updates as needed.
Contribute process improvements, documentation, and HR resource development to increase efficiency and clarity.
Qualifications
1–3 years of HR experience across multiple HR functions.
Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
Experience working with HRIS platforms; exposure to SAP or ADP is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with comfort handling sensitive information.
Organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
