Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment, shortlisting, and onboarding activities.
  • Support employee record management and documentation.
  • Help organize employee engagement and training initiatives.
  • Maintain HR databases and update employee information.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the HR team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in HR, Business Administration, or related field .
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
