- Assist in implementing organizational change initiatives and process improvements.
- Assist in conducting stakeholder analysis and support change readiness assessments.
- Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
- Conduct training needs assessments and track effectiveness.
- Support the development of training materials and succession planning.
- Design and analyze employee engagement surveys.
- Maintain internal communication and feedback channels.
- Support performance management processes and documentation.
- Track performance metrics and assist in performance improvement plans.
- Support the communication of organizational values and culture initiatives.
- Facilitate culture assessments and promote an inclusive environment.
- Collect and analyze HR data for reports and dashboards.
- Maintain data accuracy and support HR scorecard development.
