Human Resources Intern

Volkswagen Group Middle East is looking for a motivated Human Resource Intern to join our HR team in Doha, Qatar . This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to gain hands-on experience across core HR functions in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
• Support recruitment activities (screening CVs, interview coordination, onboarding)
• Support HR projects, reports, and internal initiatives
• Coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders as needed

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Currently based in Qatar
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail
