Human Resources Manager

we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. This pivotal role involves overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Oversee performance management and employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
