Job Description:

Location: G 11 Markaz, Islamabad, Pakistan

Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000

We’re looking for an HR Manager who can help us build a professional, disciplined, and people-focused workplace. The right person will not only handle day-to-day HR operations but also play a key role in shaping our company culture.

What You’ll Do

• Lead recruitment from job posting to onboarding.
• Keep employees engaged and resolve workplace issues.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance.
• Ensure policies are followed and aligned with labor laws.
• Manage payroll, leaves, and employee benefits.
• Organize training sessions to help our team grow.
• Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2+ years of HR experience (preferably in a growing company).
• Someone organized, approachable, and good at communication.
• Familiarity with HR software and local labor laws.
