Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager for a Retail Company to oversee all HR functions and support he company's growth. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and Qatar Labor Law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end mass recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Support performance management and training initiatives.
• Coordinate with management for manpower planning and HR strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS office and HR systems.
