Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Human Resources Manager to manage all aspects of human resources including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, visa processing, performance management, and company policies. You will be responsible for building a positive work culture and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Responsibilities
Recruitment and Hiring:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Post job vacancies and screen candidates
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
- Manage onboarding process for new employees
Visa and Documentation:
- Coordinate employee visa processing and renewals
- Manage labor contracts and MOHRE compliance
- Maintain employee files and documentation
- Handle Emirates ID and medical insurance processing
Payroll and Benefits:
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing
- Manage leave records and attendance
- Administer employee benefits (medical insurance, annual leave, air tickets)
- Process end of service benefits and final settlements
Employee Relations:
- Handle employee grievances and conflicts
- Maintain positive work environment
- Conduct employee engagement activities
- Address disciplinary issues and documentation
Performance Management:
- Implement performance review process
- Track employee KPIs and goals
- Coordinate with managers on employee performance
- Identify training and development needs
Policy and Compliance:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law
- Maintain employee handbook
- Implement health and safety guidelines
Reporting:
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports
- Track headcount, turnover, and recruitment metrics
- Report pending HR issues and actions to management
Daily Reporting
- Attendance and leave status
- Recruitment updates (interviews, offers, joiners)
- Pending visa and documentation status
- Employee issues and escalations
- HR tasks completed and pending
Weekly Reporting
- Recruitment pipeline status
- Visa processing updates
- Employee relations issues
- Training and development updates
Monthly Reporting
- Payroll summary
- Headcount report
- Turnover and retention metrics
- Performance review status
- Compliance checklist
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in human resources (Required)
- Experience as HR Manager or HR Generalist (Required)
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and MOHRE regulations (Required)
- Experience in fashion, retail, or hospitality industry (Preferred)
- Fluent in English (Required)
- Arabic speaker is a strong advantage
- Experience with visa processing and PRO coordination
- Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
- Leadership qualities and self-motivated
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
