<Responsibilities>

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Lead recruitment efforts by managing sourcing channels, conducting interviews, and overseeing onboarding processes to attract top talent.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, resolving conflicts efficiently, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Oversee performance management systems to ensure continuous feedback, employee evaluations, and development plans are effectively executed.
  • Administer benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, workers' compensation, and leave policies in compliance with applicable laws like FMLA and OSHA.
  • Ensure legal compliance by staying current with employment law updates and managing contracts, HR policies, and documentation accurately.
  • Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors for data collection, analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and support leadership development for senior management.
  • Manage payroll processing through systems like ADP or Paychex while ensuring accuracy in compensation administration.
  • Drive change management initiatives to improve HR processes and organizational effectiveness across all departments.

<Skills>

  • Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law regulations including OSHA standards and FMLA requirements.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, sourcing strategies, and recruiting best practices using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Taleo or iCIMS.
  • Strong negotiation skills for contracts, benefits negotiations, and conflict resolution scenarios.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience managing HR teams or cross-functional groups effectively.
  • Expertise in employee orientation programs, performance evaluation systems, and succession planning processes.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM or UltiPro; data analysis skills for reporting trends and insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to present ideas clearly to senior leadership and facilitate training sessions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational design capabilities.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies to streamline HR workflows efficiently.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems including Paychex or Dayforce for accurate compensation processing. Pay: $45,496.38 - $72,855.85 per year
