Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid: Mon/Wed/Thu onsite; Tue/Fri remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt | Direct Hire

Salary: $95,000-$115,000



Summary

The Human Resources Manager supports the full employee lifecycle and ensures compliance with all employment laws. Reporting to the VP of HR, this role leads Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations while driving HR process improvements and supporting a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
  • Partner with leaders on staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Manage training programs and measure effectiveness.
  • Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Support performance management and talent development processes.
  • Communicate HR policies and organizational changes.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
  • Oversee office operations and supervise administrative support.
  • Manage HR projects and participate in annual HR process audits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • 5+ years HR Generalist experience; manufacturing/international company experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
  • PHR/SHRM‑CP preferred.
