Human Resources Manager

Position Title: HR Manager

Organization: Iman Nur Institute (INI)

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Part Time (4 hours minimum)

Time: UK 4PM to 9PM

Salary : 200-400 USD Negotiable

Iman Nur Institute is an international educational organization dedicated

to providing high-quality online Quran learning, with a strong focus on

academic excellence. Our team of educators, primarily from Egypt,

strives to create an engaging and effective learning environment for

students.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee

staff relations, performance management, and teacher development. The

ideal candidate will serve as the key link between management, teachers

(primarily Egyptian), and support staff, ensuring smooth communication,

effective coordination, and consistent delivery of institutional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee salary reports, attendance, and HR documentation in

coordination with the Admin Department.

 Address staff concerns or issues promptly and professionally,

particularly those involving teaching staff from Egypt.

 Coordinate with the Admin and Support team to organize teacher

appraisals and training sessions.

 Develop and implement staff training schedules, ensuring

continuous professional development.

 Maintain a pipeline of 3–4 prospective teacher candidates each

month for upcoming training cycles.

 Monitor the readiness and progress of new candidates and ensure

smooth onboarding after training completion.

 Participate in recruitment, interviews, and selection of teachers

and support staff.

 Recommend process improvements and contribute to maintaining a

culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements:

 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource

Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

 Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR management

(experience in the online education sector preferred).

 Multilingual - English, Urdu and Arabic

 Skills:

o Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and

written).

o Excellent command of English (Arabic understanding is a

plus).

o Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and online

communication tools.

o Demonstrated ability to handle multicultural teams with

professionalism and empathy.

o Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

o Capable of multitasking and managing deadlines effectively.

Preferred Attributes:

 Experience managing or liaising with international teaching staff,

especially from Egypt or the MENA region.

 High level of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence.

 Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve HR

challenges independently.

Remuneration:

Competitive salary package based on qualifications and experience.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
