Human Resources Manager

The HR Manager will lead the HR department’s daily operations, including recruiting, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. This role is critical for maintaining a productive, compliant, and positive work culture as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Management: Manage the full recruitment life cycle (job postings, interviewing, and hiring). Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and mediate workplace disputes to maintain a high level of morale.
  • Onboarding & Training: Lead the orientation process for new hires and identify professional development opportunities for existing staff.
  • Compliance & Policy: Ensure all HR activities comply with local labor laws. Maintain and update the Employee Handbook and company policies.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing and manage employee benefit programs (insurance, leave, and bonuses).
  • Performance Tracking: Implement and monitor performance evaluation systems to ensure employees meet their KPIs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£18,000.00 - E£20,000.00 per month
