The HR Manager will lead the HR department’s daily operations, including recruiting, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. This role is critical for maintaining a productive, compliant, and positive work culture as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Management: Manage the full recruitment life cycle (job postings, interviewing, and hiring). Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and mediate workplace disputes to maintain a high level of morale.
- Onboarding & Training: Lead the orientation process for new hires and identify professional development opportunities for existing staff.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure all HR activities comply with local labor laws. Maintain and update the Employee Handbook and company policies.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing and manage employee benefit programs (insurance, leave, and bonuses).
- Performance Tracking: Implement and monitor performance evaluation systems to ensure employees meet their KPIs.
