Imperium Group is looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to lead and elevate our human resources function within the engineering and design environment.
This role is ideal for a professional who understands the dynamics of engineering, architecture, and project-based organizations and can align HR strategies with business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead recruitment efforts for engineering, architecture, and technical roles
- Design and implement KPI systems and performance management frameworks
- Oversee employee relations, engagement, and retention strategies
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices
- Manage compensation, benefits, and organizational structure
- Support leadership with workforce planning and talent development
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager in the UAE (Engineering/Construction/Consultancy preferred)
- Strong understanding of technical roles (Architects, Engineers, Designers, etc.)
- Experience in performance management systems and KPIs
- Solid knowledge of UAE Labor Law
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
