We’re Hiring: HR Manager | UAE Experience Required - Arabic Speaker

Imperium Group is looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to lead and elevate our human resources function within the engineering and design environment.

This role is ideal for a professional who understands the dynamics of engineering, architecture, and project-based organizations and can align HR strategies with business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead recruitment efforts for engineering, architecture, and technical roles
• Design and implement KPI systems and performance management frameworks
• Oversee employee relations, engagement, and retention strategies
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices
• Manage compensation, benefits, and organizational structure
• Support leadership with workforce planning and talent development

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager in the UAE (Engineering/Construction/Consultancy preferred)
• Strong understanding of technical roles (Architects, Engineers, Designers, etc.)
• Experience in performance management systems and KPIs
• Solid knowledge of UAE Labor Law
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
