The DoubleTree by Hilton Chicago North Shore and Conference Center is seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and proactive Human Resources Manager to join our TEAM. As the go-to person for all team-related issues, you will play a critical role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will combine deep HR expertise with a service-oriented mindset, ensuring that team members feel support, valued, and heard, while effectively aligning HR strategies with our broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources department
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Managing recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
  • Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 5 years of HR management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Hotel experience is strongly preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

**Compensation: $68,000-$72,000 based on experience

In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form (Form I-9) upon hire.
