Lead and develop HR operations and support services by implementing effective strategies in recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations, while overseeing administrative services and government relations in compliance with Saudi Labor Law and related regulations.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute HR & Support Services strategic and operational plans

Establish and update HR policies and work regulations in line with Saudi Labor Law
-
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning

Implement and manage performance management systems and KPIs
-
Supervise payroll, compensation, and benefits processes

Manage employee relations, personnel affairs, and engagement initiatives
-
Oversee administrative and support services (facilities, fleet, logistics, etc.)

Manage government relations and platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Absher, Muqeem)

Lead and develop departmental teams and ensure performance targets are achieved
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (required)

Master’s degree or professional certifications (SHRM, CIPD, PHR/SPHR) preferred

Minimum
10 years of experience
in HR & support services

At least
3 years in a managerial/leadership role

Proven experience in Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and Saudization requirements

Experience with HRMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar
