Human Resources Manager

Lead and develop HR operations and support services by implementing effective strategies in recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations, while overseeing administrative services and government relations in compliance with Saudi Labor Law and related regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR & Support Services strategic and operational plans
  • Establish and update HR policies and work regulations in line with Saudi Labor Law
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning
  • Implement and manage performance management systems and KPIs
  • Supervise payroll, compensation, and benefits processes
  • Manage employee relations, personnel affairs, and engagement initiatives
  • Oversee administrative and support services (facilities, fleet, logistics, etc.)
  • Manage government relations and platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Absher, Muqeem)
  • Lead and develop departmental teams and ensure performance targets are achieved


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (required)
  • Master’s degree or professional certifications (SHRM, CIPD, PHR/SPHR) preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR & support services
  • At least 3 years in a managerial/leadership role
  • Proven experience in Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and Saudization requirements
  • Experience with HRMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar
